BTXATM is manufactured by Lanzhou Institute of Biological Products (LIBP) of the People's Republic of China (PRC).
Established since 1934, LIBP combines with scientific research and pharmaceutical production for more than 70 years. It is a State-owned enterprise and has the first-rate scientific experts and advanced equipment and facilities for the production of biological products in PRC. It is an important scientific research institute in China in the fields of Medical Microbiology, Immunology, Epidemiology and Experimental Zoology. It has been authorized to confer Master's degree and appointed as Post-doctoral working station as well.
LIBP covers a total area of 430,000 square meters and there are about 1500 staffs working in the institute. LIBP produces more than 100 types of biological products, mainly vaccines, toxin and antitoxins, toxoids, blood preparations, immnoregulators and diagnostic reagents. All the production units in LIBP were granted with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) certificates from the Health Authorities.
